Daily AutoSupport upload retry fails with HTTP 404 or 503 on E-Series

Issue

  • All the storage nodes display the same Critical Alert:

Event Message: An ASUP message could not be delivered from the array management host eos-a to NetApp ASUP  https gateway https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/.

  • AutoSupport upload failure with HTTP status code 404 or status code 503
  • E-Series from WEB-SERVER-TRACE-LOG
