ActiveIQ Unified Manager not triggering events for EMS after port 514 is blocked on network

ActiveIQ Unified Manager (UM) / OnCommand Unified Manager (UM)


  • An EMS event has been subscribed in Unified Manager.
  • In the EMS subscription screen the "Applicable to Cluster" column shows Yes to indicate the route from the cluster to Unified Manager is properly configured.
  • When the EMS event triggers on the cluster no corresponding event appears in Unified Manager.
