StorageGRID appliance compute controller power supply has a problem

Issue

  • StorageGRID Grid Manager reports one of the below alerts for compute controller power supply:
    • Appliance compute controller power supply A has a problem
    • Compute controller power supply A: Unknown
  • The bycast.log in /var/local/log/ shows the following failure messages for the Power Supply:

  • The status.json file in gemini-system-status folder /var/local/gemini-system-status in base OS or \var\local\gemini-system-status  in log bundle reports the following status:
