StorageGRID appliance compute controller power supply has a problem

Applies to

  • NetApp StorageGRID
  • StorageGRID Appliances: SG100, SG1000 and SG6000

Issue

  • StorageGRID Grid Manager reports one of the below alerts for compute controller power supply:
    • Appliance compute controller power supply A has a problem
    • Appliance compute controller power supply B has a problem
  • The bycast.log in /var/local/log/ shows the following failure messages for the Power Supply:
