StorageGRID alert Unable to Communicate with node during node clone process

  • StorageGRID OS 11.6.0.9
  • SG5712 to SG6060

Issue

  • While cloning one of SG5712 node to SG6060, the clone process completed and the new SG6060 joins the grid.
  • However,  the node goes to reboot loop with services getting failed.
  • The node unable to communicate with Admin node and shows Unknown with below alert.
