Issue

  • Amber light appear on the StorageGRID appliance compute node.
  • BMC module events reports MCERR and MCE errors. BMC events can be captured in BMC UI or via SSH
  • StorageGRID reports: Appliance compute controller needs attention A hardware fault has been detected in the compute controller of a StorageGRID appliance or Unable to communicate with node
