How to find StorageGRID system id when case is opened on E-series

Description

  • Many StorageGRID cases are opened with the Serial No/System id of the StorageGRID Appliance E-Series model.
  • The E-Series serial number label is located on the chassis (either top or side) and is usually not visible once the chassis has been installed in a rack.
  • Often Netapp Support needs to look at the AutoSupport of the StorageGRID system instead.
