When configuring a network firewall, use domain support.netapp.com for setting up the rule. When an IPv4 address is needed use nslookup support.netapp.com to determine the IPv4 address.

Example:

nslookup support.netapp.com
Server:  ns35.europe.netapp.com
Address:  10.64.2.88

Name:    support-hio.netapp.com
Addresses:  2620:10a:4005:c000::a78:2d11
          216.240.21.18
Aliases:  support.netapp.com
