Issue

  • StorageGRID storage node stuck in maintenance after upgrading disk firmware on e-series system.
  • Or StorageGRID storage node is stuck in PGE after upgradring Santricity on Santricity GUI without setting maintenance mode.
  • Unexpected power outage or disruption of IO can also lead to filesystem damage.
