Issue

  • Expansion at stage Starting Cassandra and streaming data (0.4% streamed) Error: Failed to start. Retrying and is not progressing.
  • During this expansion, a decommissioning node process has been paused (Stage: Evaluation ILM) and underlying physical hardware has been powered off.
