Issue

  • After the environmental problems occurred like the electrical outage or the network interruption, one or more nodes can not boot following the below errors:
Failure: File system check of the root filesystem failed
The root filesystem on /dev/sda1 requires a manual fsck
Rebooting automatically due to panic= boot argument

  • Cannot boot the recovery mode of StorageGRID VM.
