Issue

  • One of the appliance show alert on the StorageGRID dashboard, other appliance are working fine.
  1. The temperature of the compute controller in a StorageGRID appliance has exceeded a nominal threshold
  2. Appliance compute controller chassis temperature too high
  • Additionally, another alarm is also reported:
  1. DAS drive failed
  2. Appliance FAN fault detected
