  • NetApp StorageGRID
  • Appliance Models: SGF60xx, SG60xx, SG100 and SG1000
  • StorageGRID 11.4 and above

Issue

  • Hardware fault has been detected on StorageGRID Appliance node. The following alert/alarm is reported in Grid Manager:
    • Alert Appliance compute controller needs attention
    • Alarm CCNA (Compute Controller Needs Attention)
  • Upon checking BMC interface > Sensors, Volt_PxV_BAT lower critical value crossed sensor threshold.
