Issue

  • Hardware fault has been detected on StorageGRID Appliance node and reports:
    • Alert Appliance compute controller needs attention
    • Alarm CCNA (Compute Controller Needs Attention.
    • Alert:"A hardware fault has been detected"
  • Upon checking BMC interface > Logs & Reports > IPMI logs, there was an alert for watchdog timeout reset
