Description

  • Keystone Logical Used is generally calculated by the method below:
  • LUNs are logical containers whose size are added directly to logical-used-by-afs.
  • When LUNs are in use with thin provisioning and space-reservation enabled, the calculation changes
  • Thin provisioning and space-reservation impact the amount of space occupied by the LUN and must be considered to accurately meter Keystone Logical Used
  • The following procedure can be used to determine the approximate consumption values to be counted toward the corresponding service levels for a specific TPVs containing one or more LUN(s)
