SnapCenter GUI does not show Cluster Shared Volumes on WSFC

Issue

  • When selecting WSFC host from Host list in Disks tab in Hosts menu of SnapCenter GUI, the following message is displayed.

There is no match for your search or data is not available.

  • Even though clicking Refresh Disks, the above message for the WSFC host does not change.
  • After the clicking Refresh Disks, SnapManagerWeb.log reports the error like below.

2021-04-14T14:59:21.1257397+00:00 ERROR SnapManagerWeb PID=[9328] TID=[40] ErrorCode (129), ErrorMessage (Failed to find host (<WSFC hostname>). Verify if the host is up and running and check the DNS and firewall settings. No such host is known.)
