Issue

  • Generating a report in CSV format fails while it works in all other formats
  • The issue occurs after an upgrade or restore of the Cognos content store

The user does not have the assigned capability to generate 'CSV' output

The user does not have the assigned capability to generate 'xlsxData' output
 

  • Permission errors occurred during the restore of the content store
