Recovery operation while cloning an Oracle database fails with “ORACLE-30036: Recovery of <CLONEDB_NAME> failed due to the following error(s): null” error message

Issue

At the end of clone operation, SnapCenter Plug-in for Oracle tries to recover the database and fails with the below error message.

PL-SCO-30049: Recovery of cloned database with SID <CLONEDB_NAME> failed with error: "ORACLE-30036: Recovery of <CLONEDB_NAME> failed due to the following error(s): null". Manual recovery of the database will be required.
