Issue

After installing or upgrading SnapCenter Plug-In for Oracle version 5.0, the databases fail to discover with the error
 
PL-SCO-20036: Discovery of database instance <database_ID> failed with error: Operation Exception occured during oracle databaseconnection, reason: Unexpected Operation occured.
 
Existing databases will also show that the database is not configured, not available for backup
