File systems not found after renaming a Host (Domain)name

Issue

  • A Host used by SnapCenter for Windows file system or SQL/Exchange database backups was moved or renamed to a different FQDN domain name.
  • After adding the new host name back into the SnapCenter GUI, no File system resources can be found for the host, and backups cannot be setup.
  • The database details shows not available for backup and the any scheduled backup (schedules run on the Host's Windows Task Scheduler) will come back with resource not on NetApp storage
