  • Remove-SmClone : Clone <clone_name> does not exist
  • Clone resource [resource_name] have backups associated with it. Delete clone failed

  • Failed to find host (host.domain.com). Verify if the host is up and running and check the DNS and firewall settings
  • Host name.domain.local is not registered with SnapCenter or is not DNS resolvable. Please try with a fully qualified name

  • This policy has Resource Group attached. Please detach the policy from Resource Group before removing the policy
  • This <policy_name> policy has backup attached. Please remove the backup first before removing the policy
  • This NetApp.DataProtection.BuildingBlocks.Contracts.SmPolicy policy has backup attached
Resource Groups

Troubleshooting

  • Resource group backup(s) are mounted. Please unmount backup(s) before removing the resource group
  • Failed to delete Resource Group: Backup component not found with resource id
  • Backup Deletion Failed: Backup <snapshot name> has mounts, cannot be deleted, unmount and retry again
  • Failed to delete resource group. Did not find any of the datastores or virtual machines to backup: [Datastore:datastore-####]
  • Remove-SmResourceGroup : The remote name could not be resolved: '<Host_FQDN>'
