Unable to delete Resource Group from SnapCenter

Issue

  • When trying to delete a Resource Group for a decommissioned host from SnapCenter, the deletion fails with the following error:

Failed - The remote name could not be resolved: '<Host_FQDN>'

  • Attempting to remove the Resource Group using the SnapCenter PowerShell cmdlets, fails with a similar error:

Remove-SmResourceGroup : The remote name could not be resolved: '<Host_FQDN>
