CXPLAT-2098: SCV 6.2P1 Re-registration Fails When Using a User with Predefined 'SCV Administrator' Role

Issue

After un-registering SCV and attempting to re-register SCV 6.2P1 with vCenter, the registration fails when performed by a user assigned to the predefined 'SCV Administrator' role. The same operation succeeds when the user is assigned the 'Administrator' role instead.
The error message is: vCenter credentials save operation failed
