CXPLAT-1479: Unable to add datastore to Resource Group due to form size

Issue

When attempting to add a VMware datastore to a Resource Group it fails with the following error:
2025-04-24T11:42:45.0000893-04:00 WARN  SCV org.eclipse.jetty.server.Request java.lang.IllegalStateException: Form is larger than max length 200000
2025-04-24T11:42:45.0000896-04:00 WARN  SCV org.eclipse.jetty.server.HttpChannel handleException /scv/rest/resourceGroupActions/updateProtectionGroup org.eclipse.jetty.http.BadMessageException: 400: Unable to parse form content
