CSNAPC-7046: After upgrading to SCE6.0 LastFullBackup on exchange server doesn't update if backup is taken on passive node

Issue

After installing or upgrading to SnapCenter 6.0 or 6.0.1, SnapCenter for Exchange passive backup jobs complete successfully in SnapCenter but do not trigger a backup complete in the Exchange Writer.  This prevents logs from truncating in Exchange.  The Exchange Writer will be listed as follows:
Writer name: 'Microsoft Exchange Writer'
   Writer Id: \{76fe1ac4-15f7-4bcd-987e-8e1acb462fb7}
   Writer Instance Id: \{10e11ecf-4716-4526-a099-3ba8b92cf889}
   State: [5] Waiting for completion
   Last error: No error
