Issue

Adding a cluster for collection in SMI-S fails with error message:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NetApp\smis\pegasus\bin> smis add 10.1.1.1 vsadmin "password" -t https

Failed to add 10.1.1.1

cimcli CIMException:  Cmd= ci Object= ONTAP_FilerData Code= 1
CIM_ERR_FAILED: Filer return: Can't connect to host (err=10061). - With storage system 10.1.1.1
