NetApp ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) 9.13

Issue

Performing an in-place upgrade of OTV from version 9.12 to 9.13 fails with:

  • upgrade script failed
  • Virtual appliance upgrade failed.
  • Contact NetApp customer support and provide the necessary log information.
