  • VMware Site Recovery Manager (Microsoft Windows Version) (SRM)

Issue

When installing Storage Replication Adapter on a Windows based SRM server, the following error may be seen:

The error still occurs after confirming that:

  • Logged in user has local administrator rights
  • Logged in user has administrator rights for the Site Recovery Manager installation folder
