Issue

In VMware Site Recovery Manager, the Discover Devices operation reports the message Unable to find a matching device at the remote site for the local device '<your snapmirror destination volume>'.

If you check the devices on the remote site, you don't see the matching device listed.

The missing device is a snapmirror source volume.
