SRM reports "No storage replication adapter installed"

Issue

SRM reports the below errors

  • No storage replication adapters installed.
  • Unable to find SRA at the paired site.
  • Loading ONTAP Tools for VMWARE (OTV) plugin on vCenter webclient -> Settings-> Manage Capabilites:  SRA is disabled and fails to enable.

  • Logging to OTV VM web console on vCenter webclient below error is noticed: Read-error on swap-device
