Issue

After discovering the ONTAP tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) Web Console session view or after an OTV power Off, power On or restart, the following is displayed:

Job for vscserver.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

See "systemctl status uscserver service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Command failed.
