- Read recommendations and articles provided by Active IQ and take appropriate actions
- Active IQ relies on AutoSupport (ASUP) data to analyse system health and provide suggestions
- Verify AutoSupport is properly configured and enabled
- Ensure ONTAP version is compatible with system and components (e.g., VMware vSphere hosts) using NetApp Interoperability Matrix (IMT)
- Review Release Notes and Documentation of your ONTAP version to identify known issues, bug fixes and relevant changes
