Active IQ Suggestions mention SP and BMC firmware version is not the latest

Issue

When automatic firmware updates are enabled in ONTAP System Manager, the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) and Service Processor (SP) firmware do not update as expected. Active IQ Digital Advisor continues to recommend BMC and SP firmware upgrades, even though automatic updates are enabled.
