Failed to install ActiveIQ UM because the windows HTTP services is started

Issue

During the installation process of UM the following error occurs in the installation wizard:

Check port. PROPERTY CHANGE: Adding ERROR_PORT_CHECK property. Its value is Following Ports are in use. Ensure the ports are free. CheckPort. Return value 0.
