Issue

  • All SC backups fail as unable to contact SVM(s) via HTTPS
  • Error seen in <installation_path>\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter\SMCore\log\SMCore_<id>.log:

ERROR SMCore_7641 PID=[2844] TID=[31] Create snapshot '<snapshot_name>' failed: Snapshot operation failed.  Could not connect to <SVM_IP_address> on port 80 for protocol HTTP..
