HTTP 500 error reported while using Unified Manager GUI

Applies to

  • OnCommand Unified Manager (UM) 9.5 and below
  • Active IQ Unified Manager (UM) 9.6+
  • Platform independent

Issue

  • UM fails to load different tabs like cluster details, workflow automation, remote authentication,volume  etc
  • GUI gets logged out automatically while accessing some sections
  • Some  sections on GUI shows error as:

Response received with HTTP status code 500
