Cluster discovery failed in Active IQ Unified Manager due to invalid login credentials

Issue
- Cluster discovery failed
- When the cluster is rediscovered it fails for reason:
Failure Reason:
Monitoring refresh job ID 898fb0403f31547e:-7a55bc90:1785eeb8e47:-7fca for object 'xxxxxxx' completed unsuccessfully (Status: FAILED).
- Web interface could display a message on the dashboard:
"Cluster discovery failed. Rediscover the cluster after resolving the issue"
