Issue

In Active IQ Unfied Manager (UM), a cluster data source fails inventory health collections due to certificate or network connectivity issues. An email notification will be generated with the subject line:

Alert from Active IQ Unified Manager: Cluster Not Reachable

Error messages observed in the UI will display Monitoring failed for cluster {CLUSTER_NAME}, followed by a reason message that indicates either certificate or network connectivity issues.

Example:

Reason: Cluster cannot be reached. Ensure that there is network connectivity to the cluster and the API has not timed out. The following settings must also be configured correctly for the cluster: hostname or cluster-management IP address, protocol, and port. If the issue persists, contact technical support.
