Issue

  • Unable to login to Active IQ Unified Manager GUI following upgrade with Error 404 - Not found
  • server.log:

2022-06-29 06:08:48,363 WARN  [org.jboss.jca.core.connectionmanager.pool.strategy.PoolBySubject] (pool-14-thread-1) IJ000604: Throwable while attempting to get a new connection: null: javax.resource.ResourceException: IJ031084: Unable to create connection

Caused by: java.sql.SQLInvalidAuthorizationSpecException: Could not connect to address=(host=localhost)(port=3306)(type=master) : (conn=4269) Access denied for user 'jboss'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Current charset is windows-1252. If password has been set using other charset, consider using option 'passwordCharacterEncoding'

  • If AIQUM is upgrading, upgrade doesn't complete after showing Starting UM Services. This may take couple of minutes. Please wait...
