Issue

  • AIQUM gets unresponsive frequently
  • Reboot of the server fix it temporarily before getting into hung state again
  • Autosupport generation fails from maintenance_console/GUI
  • Possible errors in server_mega.log:

ERROR [default task-29] c.n.s.s.a.EmsPostServlet (EmsPostServlet.java:139) - EMS message is malformed; : javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException
 - with linked exception:
[java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine]
 at com.sun.xml.bind@2.3.3-b02-jbossorg-2//com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.unmarshaller.UnmarshallerImpl.unmarshal0(UnmarshallerImpl.java:231)
 at com.sun.xml.bind@2.3.3-b02-jbossorg-2//com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.unmarshaller.UnmarshallerImpl.unmarshal(UnmarshallerImpl.java:199)

Caused by: java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine
