Customers and Lifecycle Services Certified (LSC) Partners can update
- Primary Contact: NetApp's primary point of contact at the customer for troubleshooting technical problems.
- Delivery Contact: NetApp's point of contact at the customer location for receiving replacement parts in the event of a hardware failure. If missing, primary contact information is used
- Service Report To Contact: NetApp's primary point of contact at the customer location for onsite engineer support services. if missing, deliver contact information is used.
