Answer

The parent-child relationship in the NetApp Support Site is a hierarchical structure that allows for shared visibility and management in the NSS and AIQ Digital advisor of systems, contracts, and other assets across different owner companies within a customer’s organization

A connection is established at company level. This relationship does not affect the ownership of any asset but provides visibility and management capabilities across all users with an NSS Customer/Partner access level profile associated to the companies included in the relationship.
