These issues are related to backend applications and are not related to AutoSupport delivery failures from the customers NetApp platform.
- This resolution guide will help track any issues which may prevent:
- Auto cases from generating
- triggering AODs
- processing AutoSupport services like Core files, PerfArchives, etc
- Internal network changes or updates which may prevent customer's AutoSupport from reaching NetApp.
