These issues are related to backend applications and are not related to AutoSupport delivery failures from the customers NetApp platform.

  • This resolution guide will help track any issues which may prevent:
    • Auto cases from generating
    • triggering AODs
    • processing AutoSupport services like Core files, PerfArchives, etc
    • Internal network changes or updates which may prevent customer's AutoSupport from reaching NetApp.
