Issue

  • The SnapDrive for Windows hangs when creating the share lun disk.

Termination of embedded management

  • The SnapDrive for Windows is normal during creating the non-share lun disk.
  • Restart the SnapDrive for Windows and SnapManager services on the Windows servers that does not resolve the problem.
  • Application Crashing Events of MMC.exe occur in the Windows Application Event log.
