Issue

  1. Blank screen when logging on to Cognos Reporting Portal https://localhost:9300/bi/v1/disp
  2. Error in Cognos log cognosserver.log:

2021-11-23T16:28:21.288-0500    ERROR    com.ibm.bi.extension.loader.CoreExtensionLoader [Default Executor-thread-22]  NA Error loading core extensions to CM.
java.lang.NullPointerException: null
    at com.ibm.bi.extension.cache.CoreExtensionVersionManager.isEqualVersion(CoreExtensionVersionManager.java:39) ~[glass-framework.war:?]
    at com.ibm.bi.extension.cache.CoreExtensionVersionManager.isValidUpgrade(CoreExtensionVersionManager.java:35) ~[glass-framework.war:?]
