Unable to setup NetApp mnode: connection refused

Issue

The setup_mnode script ends with the following error:
 

requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /mnode/1/assets (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f6307664e80>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))
