Issue

Encounter one of the following errors:

  • Error onconnecting vCenter Server

There was an issue connecting with the vCenter Server. Ensure the following:
1) The vCenter server instance is associated with your HCI installation and
2) The vCenter account used has proper permissions to add compute nodes.

  • Error on finding cluster

There are no clusters available for the selected datacenter. Ensure clusters are not empty and that you have administrator permissions for expected clusters.
