Yes, it is necessary to open a non-technical case to modify the Site or Location.
- Select the option Registration issue in the Feedback Category
- Provide your personal data: Name, Email ID and Company Name
- Provide in the Comments section, the affected serial numbers and the new site and location
- Click the Submit button to create the non-technical case
