Issue

  • Drive in Available state after SolidFire Active IQ reports event:

Type: ureEvent
Message: Unrecoverable Read Error
Details: { "Exception": "xFileReadFailed", "Fatal": true, "Repaired": false, "DiskLocation": <some integer> }

  • The following alerts are seen in the error log in SolidFire Active IQ and the Element cluster UI:
    • A block service is unhealthy and SolidFire is attempting to migrate data away from it.
    • A block service is not responding.
    • Only a single complete copy of the block data is accessible. Restore any offline nodes or block services or contact support for assistance.
