Compute POST halts with Failing DIMM message and shows size as 0MiB

Issue

After powering on an HxxxC Compute node, the boot sequence halts with the following message:

(runtime)Failing DIMM: DIMM location and Mapped-Out P2-DIMME2

When checking the Failing DIMM status from within the nodes BMC/IPMI settings under the System / Hardware Information / DIMM tab,  the Size is reported as 0 MiB instead of the actual size (e.g. 32GB, 64GB)
