Cloud Sync - Data Broker PM2 status - errored

Issue
- On premisis installation of NetApp Cloud Sync data broker does not complete
- Error is presented in CLI when running 'PM2 STATUS ALL'.
- ERROR Access key and secret key were not found errors are observed in databroker logs.
- Also, noticed error "The AWS access key id you provided does not exist in our records" when trying to start the sync:
